We are looking for a confident and motivated Tender Calling Executive to handle tender-related calling, follow-ups, and coordination with clients and vendors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, communicating with prospective clients, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make calls to clients regarding government/private tenders and business prospects.
Follow up with clients regarding tender requirements, submissions, and updates.
Search and identify relevant tender opportunities through available tender portals.
Coordinate with the internal team for tender documents and required information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and tender status.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
