Café Waiter / Front-of-House Team Member

Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and attentive Café Waiter to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our café, providing warm hospitality, taking customer orders, serving fresh food and beverages, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations when requested.
Order Taking & POS: Accurately take food and drink orders using the POS system and process cash, card, or mobile payments.
Serving: Promptly serve coffee, beverages, pastries, and meals to tables, ensuring all orders are correct and presented well.
Café Maintenance: Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, and counters between guests; maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
Side Duties: Restock condiment stations, cutlery, napkins, and retail display cases throughout the shift.
Teamwork:



Work closely with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure effective service during busy rush hours.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter, server, barista, or in a customer-facing retail/hospitality role preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Solid communication skills and a friendly, open attitude toward guests and coworkers.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
Comfort working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
Flexible availability, including weekends, early mornings, or holidays depending on café operating hours.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
