Medication Management
Prescribing Treatments: Selects and prescribes appropriate pharmaceutical therapies, including mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, or antidepressants, to control target symptoms
Monitoring Efficacy: Tracks patient response over time, adjusts dosages, and actively manages side effects to prevent relapse.

Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration
Treatment Planning: Leads the interdisciplinary team (including psychologists, social workers,



and occupational therapists) to design personalized rehab goals.
Integrated Care: Coordinates medical and psychological strategies so that daily physical, social, and emotional needs are met holistically.

Psychotherapy and Education
Therapeutic Support: Delivers or oversees individual or group psychotherapy (such as cognitive-behavioral techniques) to help patients modify negative behavior patterns.
