Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant’s recipes, standards, and menu requirements.

Ensure proper taste, quality, presentation, and portion control of all dishes.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and workstations.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

Maintain proper food storage and minimize food wastage.

Coordinate with the Sous Chef / Head Chef and other kitchen staff during service.

Ensure timely preparation of food during busy operating hours.

Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quality.

Assist with stock checking and inform the supervisor about required ingredients.

Follow proper safety procedures while handling kitchen equipment and hot surfaces.





Support the kitchen team with preparation, cleaning, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Cook / Chef in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.

Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Relevant culinary qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Salarydepending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
