You would be one of the first support hires in the country, shaping how the company talks to customers as the product scales quick. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle inbound product queries across chat and email, troubleshoot issues end to end, and help set the support playbook for a rapid-moving product.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support
Respond to product queries over chat, email, and in-app messaging within SLA
Troubleshoot issues and reproduce bugs before escalating to engineering
Track resolution times and flag recurring issues to the product team

Process & Knowledge Base
Build and maintain a growing help-center and internal knowledge base




Partner with product and engineering on release notes and known-issue updates

Ideal Candidate Profile
1 to 4 years in customer support, technical support, or a SaaS help-desk role
Comfort working with ambiguity and a rapid-changing product
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Curiosity to learn a technical product quickly

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a B2B SaaS or developer-facing product
Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
