Key Responsibilities
Handle registration calls, verification, and confirmation.
Manage CAF and candidate documentation.
Coordinate document preparation, legal files, and GNP initial files.
Handle refund-related processes.
Maintain regular customer follow-ups and communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate processing.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Customer Support.
EdTech or education industry experience preferred.
Solid communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
