Processes orders/Billing, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.
Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PR
Transparent Backlogs.
O2C knowledge
Respond to Customer Queries and Claims (non-Disputes).
Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.
Work with Dispute Team to manage the disputes
Skills Required:
Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
Highly adaptable and able to learn recent technologies quickly.
Encourage & Follow Honeywell Behavior/policies.
