We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with experience in the automobile industry to manage customer communication and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer phone calls professionally.
Communicate with customers regarding vehicle service, repair work, job status, and delivery updates.
Explain service estimates, repair costs, and additional work requirements to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and service teams to get accurate updates on vehicle work.
Follow up with customers for approval of estimates and additional repairs.
Maintain proper records of customer communication and service updates.
Handle customer queries and complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the service process.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
