Client Relationship Manager

Role Overview The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, ensuring excellent after-sales service, handling client queries, and following up with clients from order placement until payment collection.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up with clients after order placement.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
Collect genuine feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with clients from order confirmation until payment collection.
Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Provide clients with relevant information and support regarding company products/services.




Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain regular communication and build strong, long-term client relationships.
