About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Copywriter to join our creative team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate advertising, with a good understanding of mainline communication and the ability to develop impactful copy for large-scale real estate campaigns.

The candidate should be comfortable working on communication across print, outdoor, hoardings, brochures, newspaper ads, and other offline marketing formats, while understanding the positioning and communication requirements of real estate brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop strong and engaging copy for real estate brands and projects across mainline media.
- Create communication for hoardings, newspaper advertisements, brochures, flyers, leaflets, print ads, OOH and other offline formats.
- Understand a real estate project's USPs, target audience, location, amenities, pricing and positioning and translate them into compelling communication.
- Develop campaign concepts, headlines, taglines, body copy and campaign narratives.
- Work closely with the Art Director, Creative Team and Client Servicing Team to develop effective campaign communication.
- Adapt communication across different formats while maintaining a consistent brand tone.
- Generate multiple creative routes and copy options based on a brief.
- Understand the difference between luxury, premium,



mid-segment and commercial real estate communication.
- Research and understand the Pune real estate market, consumer mindset and competitive communication.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience as a Copywriter in an advertising agency or creative setup.
- Prior experience working on real estate brands/projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mainline advertising and offline communication.
- Excellent command over English, grammar, vocabulary and sentence construction.
- Ability to write sharp, engaging and memorable headlines and copy.
- Solid conceptual thinking with the ability to turn a brief into a creative communication idea.
- Ability to understand and communicate real estate USPs in a simple yet compelling manner.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers, art directors and client servicing teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple briefs.

Preferred Background
