8+ yrs of experience
Solid understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts, including Discovery, Service Graph Connectors and Integrations




ServiceNow CMDB Service Mapping and Configuration Item Relationship expertise
Knowledge of CI (Configuration Item) classes and hierarchyExperience with Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)CMDB data modeling and schema design
CI lifecycle management
CMDB Health (completeness, correctness, compliance)
Data normalization and deduplication
ServiceNow-related scripting capabilities (ie: javascript, business rules, fix scripts, integrations, etc.)
