Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of North Indian, South Indian and regional Indian dishes as per the restaurant’s menu and standards.
Handle Indian gravies, curries, breads, rice, tandoor preparations and accompaniments.
Have good hands-on knowledge of Indian spices, masalas, marinades and traditional cooking techniques.
Prepare selected chaat and Indian street-food items such as Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki, etc.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning and presentation.
Maintain proper mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
Monitor ingredient usage, minimize wastage and maintain proper food storage.
Coordinate with the CDP / Sous Chef and kitchen team for timely food preparation.




Support in introducing recent Indian dishes and variations while maintaining authenticity and quality.

Candidate Profile:
2–5 years of experience in an Indian kitchen.
Good understanding of Indian cuisine with basic-to-good Chaat expertise.
Strong knowledge of Indian ingredients, spices and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
Good teamwork, discipline and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute new ideas.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
