Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad for a CNC Programmer & Setter in the Usha Automotive division. The role involves preparing, programming, and setting CNC machines for machining and Turning operations to produce precision auto components as per technical drawings and specifications.

Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering drawings, creating and optimizing CNC programs, selecting tools and fixtures, and setting up machines to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe production. The CNC Programmer & Setter is responsible for monitoring machining processes, inspecting parts,



adjusting parameters to meet quality standards, and coordinating with production and quality teams to meet delivery timelines. The role also includes preventive maintenance checks on equipment, troubleshooting machining issues, and maintaining documentation related to programs, setups, and process improvements.

Qualifications
Solid skills in CNC Programming and Programming for machining operations on CNC turning and milling centers.
Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawing and engineering blueprints for precision components.
Hands-on experience in Machining and Milling, including machine setup, tool selection, and process optimization.
Knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, or similar)
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in automotive or precision engineering manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
Ability to follow safety procedures, work collaboratively on the shop floor, and meet production deadlines.
Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to shift-based operations .
