Qualification: Any Graduate + DMM / DBM

Key Responsibilities
Develop, identify and onboard recent co-makers/vendors as per business requirements.
Identify suitable parts and processes for outsourcing to external vendors.
Evaluate co-makers based on Quality, Cost, Capacity and Delivery (QCD) parameters.
Coordinate with the QA team for implementation of PS ( Production System) at co-maker facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for current product development and production requirements.
Prepare, analyze and evaluate costing for outsourced components.
Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with co-makers/vendors.
Establish target costing and ensure that cost targets are achieved.




Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of components.
Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, PPC and Production departments for smooth operations.
Follow up regularly with co-makers regarding quality, production and delivery issues.
Support vendor improvement, productivity enhancement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Conduct regular vendor visits and monitor process and production performance.
Maintain proper records and reports related to vendor development and performance.

Preferred Experience: Automotive / Manufacturing / Vendor Development Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
