Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine analytical testing of:
Raw materials
In-process samples
Finished injectable products
Water samples (e.g., WFI, purified water)
Stability samples
Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as:
HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, pH meter, Conductivity meter, etc.
Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and test methods strictly.
Document all results and observations accurately in logbooks, worksheets, and LIMS (if applicable).
Assist in sampling activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and water systems.
Conduct environmental monitoring activities if required.
Participate in calibration and validation activities of lab instruments.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and company quality standards.
Report deviations, OOS (Out of Specification) results, and incidents to supervisors promptly.
Support investigations and CAPA implementation related to QC issues.
