Construction Manager Hydropower / Irrigation Project
Alpha Pacific Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) for a major Hydropower/Irrigation Project.
Project location: Uttarakhand. This is a site-based role. Candidates from across India who are willing to relocate to the project location are welcome to apply.
Salary: 50,000–60,000 per month (6–7.2 lakh annually).
Qualification and experience
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in hydropower, dam, irrigation, tunnelling, or major water-resource projects.
Experience as Construction Manager/Project Manager on at least one major hydropower or irrigation project is preferred.
Key responsibilities
Lead construction planning and execution of civil works, including dam, tunnel and hydraulic structures.
Plan and manage manpower, equipment and site resources.
Coordinate subcontractors and oversee contract execution.
Monitor construction progress against schedules and coordinate corrective action where required.
Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, QA/QC procedures and health, safety and setting standards.
Coordinate site teams and stakeholders to support effective project execution.
