Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group chess training sessions for children and teenagers.
Teach chess fundamentals, tactics, strategy, openings, endgames, and positional concepts.
Analyze students' games and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Prepare age-appropriate and level-based lesson plans.
Monitor student progress and maintain regular performance records.
Encourage students to participate in chess tournaments and develop competitive skills.
Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning workplace.
Conduct online classes using digital chess platforms when required.
Communicate clearly with students and parents regarding progress and development.

Knowledge of Chess.com, Lichess, or other chess platforms

Qualifications
Strong chess knowledge and playing experience
Chess coaching/teaching experience preferred
FIDE rating, tournament participation, or chess certification is an advantage
Valuable English communication skills
Online coaching experience is an advantage

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
