Extensive experience in securing debt funding for working capital from Indian banks and financial institutions.
Successfully secured funds exceeding Rs 1000 Crores.
Proficient in managing relationships and negotiations with large consortiums of banks
Demonstrated success in raising equity funding from Venture Capitalists (VCs) and Private Equity (PE) firms.
Experience in Power industry handling leadership in Finance and Accounts function
Proven track record in financial management and fundraising.
Hands-on experience in managing structured financing.
Accountable for audit processes related to financial management.
Exceptional control over internal systems and processes.
Robust ability to navigate and optimize financial operations.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and industry trends
Provide leadership in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modelling




Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and legal requirements
Identify and assess financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies
Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
Optimize capital structure and manage liquidity to support strategic initiatives
Evaluate and recommend financing options and investment prospects
Analyze financial and operational performance, providing insights to support decision making
Collaborate with other executives to assess the financial impact of business initiatives
Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy effectively
