Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cabinet Maker Carpenter based in Srinagar. The role involves designing, measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets, millwork, and wooden fittings for homes, offices, and other properties. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting drawings and specifications, selecting appropriate materials, operating woodworking tools and machinery, and ensuring accurate, high-quality finishes.

Carpenter will also be responsible for site visits, repairs and adjustments,



maintaining tools and work areas, and coordinating with clients and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications
Robust skills in Carpentry and Woodworking for constructing and installing high-quality wooden structures and fittings.
Experience in Cabinetry and Millwork for creating custom cabinets, shelves, and detailed trim work.
Ability in Spatial Design to interpret plans, optimize space usage, and translate client requirements into practical layouts.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
Solid understanding of materials, joinery techniques, finishes, and hardware used in cabinet making.
Attention to detail, accurate measurement skills, and ability to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
Valuable communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, designers, and contractors.
