? Experience: 3+ years in OPD Claims Processing

? Preferred Education:

- BAMS
- BUMS
- BHMS
- BDS

? Key Skills & Expertise:

- Expertise in Cashless and Reimbursement OPD Claims Processing
- Strong understanding of OPD insurance policy structures
- Good knowledge of policy exclusions and claim eligibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and apply policy terms accurately

? Key Responsibilities:

- Process and assess OPD claims as per policy terms and guidelines
- Handle both cashless and reimbursement claims
- Support the Product and IT teams during recent platform UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Identify process/system gaps and provide relevant inputs for platform improvements

? Work Location: Noida
