Role Description The Mechanical Engineering Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components for switchgear and solar-related projects, using CAD tools and engineering best practices. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation that support manufacturing, installation,



and maintenance activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing mechanical calculations, conducting feasibility studies, supporting project planning, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, including mechanical design principles and materials selection.
- Well known about electrical panel Fabrication machinery and related activities
- Effective Communication skills for clear technical documentation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Experience with Project Management practices to plan tasks, track progress, manage timelines, and support delivery of engineering projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of EPC environments, power systems, or solar PV projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
