Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced MBA/PGDM Counselor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, counseling students and parents, generating admissions, and achieving enrollment targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding MBA/PGDM programs, eligibility, curriculum, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound leads, telephonic inquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups with prospective students.
- Explain course details, fee structure, scholarships, career opportunities, and admission policies.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions by providing effective counseling and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage and update student information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead generation and conversion.




- Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and admission progress.
- Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience in MBA/PGDM admissions or higher education counseling will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve admission goals.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling students, parents, and admission-related queries.
