At Pathfinder Research and Training Foundation (PRTF) School of Management, Greater Noida, we're building an education platform that closes the gap between what classrooms teach and what the industry actually needs. Our AI-centric PGDM and our cloud and AI certification programs are growing quick, and we need people who want to build this with us.

We are hiring for

Social Media & Digital Marketing

This isn't a "post three times a week" role. You'll own how PRTF shows up online. Your work will include:

→ Creating reels, carousels, and posts that teach, not just promote

→ Managing and improving our website, including SEO, blogs, and landing pages (Familiarity with WordPress is preferred)

→ Running campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and paid ads

→ Coming up with marketing ideas and implementing them yourself, from brainstorm to launch to results

You're a fit if you:





✔ Have ideas and the drive to execute them

✔ Are comfortable with design and video tools (AI tools are a big plus)

✔ Can write clearly and think like your audience

✔ Want to build something from the ground up, not just maintain it
