Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing and Business Development Intern role based in Bengaluru , Delhi NCR , Mumbai ,Pune ,jaipur , Kolkata , Indore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Patna , Ranchi, Lucknow and candidates from other major cities also can apply.

The intern will assist in identifying new business opportunities, supporting outreach initiatives, and helping build relationships with potential clients and partners. Daily tasks include conducting market research, collecting and analyzing competitor and customer data, and contributing to marketing campaigns and presentations. The role involves coordinating with the sales and operations teams to prepare proposals, updating CRM or lead tracking tools, and supporting customer communication before and after meetings.





The intern will also help create basic marketing materials, support events or demos, and provide regular reports on business development activities to the leadership team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, interpret, and present insights on competitors, customers, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic proposal preparation.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to contribute ideas for campaigns, positioning, and outreach plans.
- Relevant coursework or interest in Business, Marketing, or related fields; internship or project experience in B2B or technology sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site , manage multiple tasks, and use productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM tools).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn about smart parking, IoT, and AI-based solutions.
- This is a highly practical and field-oriented role where you will work directly with the Founder, Sales Team, Operations Team, and Clients to support complete business development activities — from lead generation to client meetings, site visits, proposal coordination, and deal closure support.

Internship Duration: Up to 6 Months

Stipend- Fixed Payout + (Performance-based incentives applicable)
