Viionn Labs is a six person software team in Indore. We build web and mobile products, CRM and automation systems on GoHighLevel, and AI powered tools for clients across the US, Australia, the UK and India.

We are looking for our first Business Development and Marketing intern. This is a client facing role from day one, not a shadowing internship.

What you will do

Write and send proposals on Upwork and Freelancer, and track what converts. Run outreach on LinkedIn Sales Navigator: building prospect lists, writing connection and follow up messages, and booking discovery calls. Research target industries and understand what problems our services actually solve for them. Sit in on client calls with the founder and learn how technical projects get scoped and priced. Help with our own LinkedIn presence: posts, case studies and company page content.

Who we are looking for

Excellent spoken English with Client focus/sale mindset. This matters more than anything else on this list, because proposals and outreach messages are the product.



Real understanding of how LinkedIn works as a marketing platform, not just as a place to scroll.

Comfort with technology. An engineering background (B.Tech, BCA, MCA) with some software development exposure is a solid plus, because you will be selling development work and need to follow the conversation. MBA Marketing candidates with genuine technical curiosity are equally welcome.

Self driven, because outreach is a numbers game and nobody will be checking your activity hourly. Willing to take occasional evening calls for US and Australia time zones.

What you get

Stipend of Rs 6,000 per month for a 6 month internship. Pre placement offer based on performance. Direct mentorship from the founder on sales, scoping and client communication.
