ROLE SUMMARYThe Loan Manager – Gold Loan Prime is responsible for driving the day to day business for the fintech unit of Muthoot Fin Corp.

Manager will be responsible for GLP business at multiple locations. This includes coordinating with business teams and customers from the field. The role involves monitoring leads, implementing business strategies and execution of priority loans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development / Sales Generate business leads for GLP for locations Follow up with field sales team for daily targets Average monthly target of 50 lakhs Meeting customers Conduct marketing campaigns Manage balance transfer Operations Ensure no deviation in process and policies Processing loans Complete release process to customers Monitor day to day operations of team Ensure KYC and other guidelines are followed Travel to branches KEY CHALLENGESNeed more employee engagement programs to increase the moral of the team Dependency of data from field KEY DECISIONS TAKENDecisions related to sales and operations KEY INTERACTIONSInternal Stakeholders Sales Team Operations Team Data Team External Stakeholders Vendors KEY ROLE DIMENSIONS Responsible to manage GLP business for the assigned geographies EDUCATION / EXPERIENCEMinimum Qualification: Any Graduation Nature of Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Sales Preferably from Gold Loan background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
