We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Mohali.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments with customers, carriers, and drivers
- Track loads and provide timely shipment updates
- Manage pickup/delivery appointments and documentation
- Follow up on shipment status, delays, and operational issues
- Coordinate with the U.S. operations and sales teams
- Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure smooth execution
Ideal Candidate
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with U.S. clients/carriers
- Prior experience in logistics/freight brokerage is preferred
- Willing to work U.S. shift timings
