Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Noida, India, for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will interact with clients to understand their fabric needs, maintain consistent communication to ensure satisfaction,



and address inquiries or concerns promptly. Responsibilities also include managing client accounts, maintaining records, assisting in the coordination of orders, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications
Robust interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Customer service and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively
Organizational abilities to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge or interest in premium fabrics or the textile industry is beneficial
