Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate and schedule site visits, meetings and customer appointments.
Follow up on bookings, payments, documentation and other customer requirements.
Maintain updated customer records and CRM information.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts and Project teams to resolve customer queries.
Keep customers informed about project progress, developments and key updates.
Assist customers throughout the booking and post-booking process.
Maintain proper follow-up records and prepare customer reports.
Ensure a skilled and positive customer experience.

Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales support or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Good knowledge of Malayalam and English.
Basic computer, MS Office and CRM skills.
Real estate experience will be an advantage.
