The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring excellent customer experience, handling enquiries, follow-ups, and supporting the sales and service teams in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER HANDLING & ENQUIRY MANAGEMENT
Attend all walk-in customers in a qualified manner
Handle telephonic and online enquiries (website, WhatsApp, leads)
Maintain proper customer data records in CRM system
Provide accurate product information (models, pricing, offers)
LEAD MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UP
Generate and assign leads to the team
Perform regular follow-ups for:
Current vehicle enquiries
Pending bookings
Test rides
Ensure maximum lead conversion ratio
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
