Role & responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures as per IS codes and relevant standards.
Prepare design calculations, structural schemes, and technical design reports.
Develop and review structural drawings in coordination with the drafting team.
Provide design inputs, revisions, and clarifications to site and execution teams.
Ensure compliance with statutory norms, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project managers for integrated design solutions.
Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and fabrication drawings.
Support tendering, BOQ preparation, and estimation with structural inputs.
Handle design revisions due to site conditions or client changes.




Conduct design checks and peer reviews for accuracy and optimization.
Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and provide structural solutions.
Maintain proper design documentation, records, and version control.
Support structural audits and inspections, if required.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and trainees.
