Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and customers to pitch products or services.
Answer incoming queries from prospective customers and provide accurate product/service details.
Qualify potential leads and schedule sales meetings or demonstrations for the account managers.
Maintain a database of client interactions, follow-up status, and call logs in the CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets and conversion quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma, higher secondary, or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Representative, or Sales Executive preferred.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
Familiarity with basic computer tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or Excel).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
