Stay updated with the latest company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and processes.
