About the Role The 1970 Shop is looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Junior Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries across calls and chats, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chats in a skilled and timely manner.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
Coordinate with relevant teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Use customer service tools, systems, and technology-enabled solutions, including chatbots.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience through explicit communication and effective problem-solving.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or a customer-facing role.




Experience handling a blended process (voice and non-voice).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using customer support tools, systems, and technology-enabled platforms.
Ability to handle escalations calmly and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
