Role Type - C2H (Contract to Hire, 6 months contract will hire depending on your perfomance)

Location - Remote

Must Have Skills:-
-Advanced IT literacy and technology-savvy mindset.
-Advanced Excel skills, including working with formulas and parameters.
-Experience in data stewardship, reporting, and analytics delivery.
-Robust analytical and quantitative skills with a detail-oriented and fact-based approach.
-Service-oriented mindset with experience in service delivery or shared service environments.
-High level of independent, self-motivated, and service-driven working attitude.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Solid team player with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural workplace.
-Fluency in written and verbal English, with an understanding of cultural differences.

Roles & Responsibilities -Ensure data validation and stewardship for datasets within scope.

-Provide reporting and analytics support to Commercial Operations teams.

-Perform data extractions from multiple databases.

-Calculate, validate, and upload monthly data for Field Force Incentives, including attainment and reporting.

-Manage and administer Field Force and marketing-related applications, such as SFA and promotional materials.

-Identify and propose solutions for problems and challenges encountered.

-Prioritize incoming requests and manage workload in alignment with the teams plan.

-Adhere to established SLAs, guidelines, and timelines.

-Deliver high-quality outputs for all activities within scope.

-Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

-Develop Subject Matter Expertise for one or more data processes.
