Job Summary

A six month paid design internship for students and recent graduates. You will be paired with a senior designer and given real project work with real feedback.

This is not a shadowing arrangement. You will contribute to live work, and your work will be critiqued properly, which is the fastest way to improve.

Responsibilities
Supporting product and brand design across live projects
Building screens and components in Figma to the team standard
Assisting with usability sessions and helping synthesise what came out of them
A self-directed project presented to the team at the end

Requirements
Student or recent graduate in design, HCI, fine arts or a related field
Working Figma ability, or the evident capacity to learn it quickly
A portfolio or coursework showing how you think,



not only what you produced
Openness to feedback, which is most of what an internship is for
Curiosity about why people behave the way they do

Portfolio required. Personal projects, coursework and unfinished experiments are all perfectly acceptable.
