About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The role involves interacting with students, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and supporting course admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Attend and respond to student enquiries.
Make follow-up calls to interested students.
Explain courses, fees, duration, and career prospects.
Understand student requirements and provide suitable course guidance.
Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Maintain daily follow-up and admission records.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Coordinate with the training team for student requirements.
Participate in seminars, college visits, and promotional activities.




Maintain a positive relationship with students and customers.

Candidate Profile
Any graduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with students over phone and in person.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer service experience is an advantage.
