Key Responsibilities
Manage daily VIP user relationships to enhance user activity and retention.
Develop tiered operational strategies based on user segmentation to drive high-value user conversion.
Handle VIP user feedback and complaints, coordinating internal resources for timely resolution.
Collaborate with the team on the planning and execution of user engagement campaigns and events.
Qualifications:
-Fluency in English (working language).
-Prior experience in user operations or VIP operations is preferred.
