Key Responsibilities: -
Plan and manage campus recruitment and placement activities.
Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
Coordinate with academic departments to identify student placement readiness.
Organize training programs on aptitude, technical skills, soft skills, and interview preparation.
Maintain and update student placement data and company records.
Arrange pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes.
Guide and counsel students on career options and job readiness.
Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management.




Ensure compliance with institutional policies during placement activities.

Qualifications
Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
Prior experience in student placement, corporate relations, enterprise sales

Skills Required
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools.

Experience

5 - 12 years of relevant experience in placement, corporate relations, enterprise sales .
