Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries professionally.
Understand customer requirements, complaints, and feedback.
Resolve customer issues promptly and coordinate with the concerned departments.
Maintain proper records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and service-related issues.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, CRM, and other departments.
Provide accurate information about company products, orders, and services.
Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports.
Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
