BPO Customer Care Executive – Loan Process We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a Loan Process in a BPO environment. The role involves handling customer calls, assisting customers with loan-related queries, and providing accurate information regarding loan services and processes. Job Responsibilities: Handle customer calls related to loans and financial services.

Assist customers with loan-related queries and requests.

Explain loan details, eligibility, documentation, repayment and process-related information.

Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and required documents.

Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.





Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.

Achieve assigned calling and performance targets. Requirements: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Valuable verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic English communication is required.

Positive convincing and listening skills.

Comfortable handling customer calls in a target-oriented BPO workplace.

BPO, Telecalling, Customer Care, Banking or Loan Process experience is an added advantage.
