Role Description The Data Entry Assistant is a full time, in office role based at Hotel The Grand Regency in Rajkot. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining guest, booking, and corporate event data in hotel systems and spreadsheets.

Day-to-day tasks include verifying information, checking documents for completeness, organizing digital and physical records, and preparing basic reports for management. This role also supports routine administrative tasks and responds to internal information requests in a timely and professional manner.





Qualifications
Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing records, handling documents, and supporting hotel office operations.
Solid Computer Literacy, with proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets.
Clear and professional Communication skills.
Accurate Typing skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical and text data efficiently.
Customer Service awareness to handle guest information respectfully and support a positive guest experience.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability in handling sensitive guest.
Ability to work in office full time in Rajkot, manage time effectively, and meet daily data entry deadlines.
Prior experience in administrative data entry is an advantage;
