Position: Customer Support Executive / Customer Care Executive- Voice process
Qualification:
12th,Undergraduate, Graduate
Salary:
Freshers : 22,500 CTC & 20,000 In hand
Experienced :25,000 CTC & 23,000 In hand
Communication Skills:
Basic English + Malayalam Fluent
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries.
Resolve customer queries through Voice
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Joiners:
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Shift Timings:
Rotational shifts cab available
PF AND ESIC Available
9 hours shift and 1 hour lunch break
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
