CORPORATE WELLNESS & CLIENT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-oriented professional to manage corporate wellness projects across India.

You will be responsible for client communication, coordinating wellness sessions, working with hospitals and wellness partners, and taking projects from requirement to execution and closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage PAN India corporate wellness sessions end-to-end.
Coordinate with corporate clients, trainers, doctors, psychologists, hospitals and wellness partners.
Handle health camps, health check-ups, mental wellness talks and employee wellness activities.
Respond promptly to corporate requirements, follow-ups and day-to-day communication.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
Work on recent corporate projects and upcoming wellness initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.




Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate project records, schedules, requirements and closures.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1+ year of experience in client servicing, operations, corporate wellness, event management, healthcare coordination or a similar field.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Solid management and coordination abilities.
Comfortable communicating with corporate professionals, hospitals, doctors and external partners.
Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented.
Robust ownership mindset from start to finish.
Must be Gurgaon-based and comfortable working full-time from our office.
