Role Overview The Operations Analyst is responsible for conducting outbound calls to U.S.-based companies, gathering required information, and accurately capturing structured data in the digital systems.

This role combines client communication, real-time data capture, and analytical thinking to ensure high-quality, actionable information is collected and delivered to support business operations.

Role-Specific Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based companies to collect required business information
Communicate clearly and professionally in U.S. English, ensuring accurate understanding of responses
Capture information in real-time into internal systems with speed and accuracy




Validate and structure collected data to ensure completeness and usability
Analyze conversations to identify key insights, discrepancies, or missing information
Follow defined scripts and adapt communication based on conversation context
Maintain detailed call logs and documentation
Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks

Work Requirements
Ability to work in a shift extending up to 1:00 AM IST to align with U.S. business hours
Consistent availability and reliability for scheduled calling windows

Required Qualifications
Robust verbal communication skills with fluency in U.S. English
Experience in customer interaction, outbound calling, or data operations roles
High attention to detail and ability to capture data accurately in real time
Basic analytical ability to interpret and validate information
Comfortable working with systems and data entry tools at speed
Ability to handle conversations confidently and professionally

Preferred
Experience in U.S. calling processes (BPO, operations, research, or support roles)
Exposure to CRM or data management systems
Experience in data validation or operational analytics
