CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally understand customer needs and suggest suitable tooling solutions ( standard or customs) Provide technical support and basic guidance Maintain Inventory visibility and suggest alternatives when stock is low Prepare quotations, invoices and generate Sales orders in ERP or billing systems. Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders or tool replacement. Handle queries related to GST billing, pricing and tool specs.

Communicate recent launches, offers and product updates. coordinate with internal team for delivery and stock status SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED Customer-first approach Patience and active listening team coordination Time Management under walk-in pressure Problem solving on-the-go (Especially when customers need urgent alternatives) ADDITONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Removal and placement of stock in racks as per the order and material received Reporting daily - walk-ins and counter sales. Collecting feedback from walk-in users and reporting them in data Helping identify potential leads for field sales or follow up by technical engineers Managing GST and related customer clarifications.
