We are looking for an experienced Merchant Dispute & Chargeback Specialist to manage payment disputes, chargebacks, and merchant payment operations for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling payment gateways, resolving customer disputes, and coordinating with banks and payment processors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and resolve merchant disputes and chargebacks for US transactions.
Handle payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors.
Investigate disputed transactions and identify potential fraud.
Prepare and submit chargeback representment documentation.
Coordinate with payment processors, acquiring banks, and internal teams.
Monitor chargeback deadlines and ensure timely responses.
Process refunds and resolve payment-related issues.
Reconcile payment transactions and identify discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of disputes, chargebacks, and resolutions.




Ensure compliance with payment processing policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in Merchant Disputes, Chargebacks, or Payment Operations.
Experience handling US market transactions.
Knowledge of payment gateways and card payment processes.
Understanding of chargeback reason codes and dispute resolution.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payment management systems.

SALARY
