Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Haridwar | Type: Full time, In office
We are looking for a customer-focused skilled to manage client inquiries, coordinate with sales and operations, track requests, handle follow-ups, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout advertising campaigns.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
Customer service/client-handling experience preferred
Good follow-up, coordination and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of email, Excel/spreadsheets, PPTs
Advertising/media experience is an advantage
Graduate in any field
