Education Qualification
Graduates in any discipline preference Finance and Economics
Additional Qualification preferred - MBA in Finance/Chartered Accountant/CFA

Experience
Relevant work experience in deal sourcing, evaluation in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, etc.
Experience as founder of a start-up or has previously worked in a startup will be an added advantage.





Job Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform investment theses and sourcing strategy.
Deal Sourcing: Identify and build a solid pipeline of early-stage investment opportunities through active market engagement and ecosystem networks.
Financial Modelling & Valuation: Develop detailed financial models to assess returns, risks, and valuation benchmarks of potential investments.
Investment Appraisal & Documentation: Conduct investment appraisals and prepared comprehensive materials for Investment Committee, Board, and investors, supporting informed decision-making.
Due Diligence: Support end-to-end due diligence by analyzing business plans, financial performance, and competitive positioning.
Portfolio Management: Monitored investee companies through performance tracking, financial reviews, and strategic support initiatives.
