We are looking for a fresher Desktop Support Engineer to provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
Install and configure Windows OS, applications, and drivers.
Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Assist senior engineers with onsite IT support.
Maintain IT asset and service records.
Handle user queries and resolve issues within the required timeline.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, and networking.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
ITI / Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Willingness to learn and work in an onsite support workplace.

Freshers with valuable technical knowledge and immediate joiners will be preferred.
